CANCELLATION POLICY

Located in Siloam Springs, Arkansas You’re responsible for any missed appointments due to booking errors. • A 50% cancellation fee of service cost will be charged for any cancellations within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. • There will be a 100% fee of service cost for NO CALL NO SHOWS. • If you’re going to be late, reach out to give me a heads up. If you’re more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a late fee for every minute you’re late. (Example: 19 min late = $19 late fee).
